We are charged with the duty of facilitating, mediating and managing a wedding on behalf of a client in an affordable price. Our duties include planning, managing, coordinating and executing all aspects of a client’s wedding, debut or party.

KARIYA events's Duties and Responsibilities

Assists the client in selecting suitable wedding or party décor and theme.
Assists the clients in selecting a suitable venue.
Ensures that the client’s vision for their wedding is effectively executed.
Creates the wedding or party schedule.
Is involved in the designing of the wedding or party invitations and souvenirs.
Draws up the guest list.
Prepares the wedding or party budget.
Plans the wedding or party menu.
Liaises with service providers such as caterers and entertainers.
Makes wedding or party venue reservations.
Decorates the wedding or party venue.
Purchases and makes flower requisitions.
Hires the DJ and the band.
Selects and hires the caterer.
Selects and books keynote speakers.
Hires the photographer and videographer
Makes transportation arrangements.
Hires valets and parking attendants.
